Found by solving the sliding tile puzzle in the East Wing.

Often, puzzles are solved by aligning light beams or finding hidden light sources.

Go to the other wall fan and slide the markers on each arm to reproduce the same symbols in the same order. : Walk to the right side of the main door

: Walk to the center table. Pick up the Scraper and note the symbol etched into the stone top.

: Equip the Wooden Torch , light it using the wall sconce near the entry door, and use it to light the two dark urns at the back of the room. This illuminates a hidden wall carving.
